3. Instructions for use
Installation: Before installing the copper oil command head, make sure that the connecting section is clean and free of debris. Use appropriate tools for installation according to the specified torque to avoid affecting the sealing effect due to improper installation.
Work: During the operation of the equipment, avoid overheating and overpressure to prevent damage to the copper oil actuator. Regularly inspect the sealing parts of the copper grease nipples. If abnormal conditions such as leakage are found, they should be checked and dealt with in time.
Maintenance: Clean and maintain the copper grease nipple regularly according to the use environment and frequency. If not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent moisture and oxidation of the brass material.
4. Precautions
It is strictly forbidden to use sharp tools to scratch the surface of the copper grease nipple to avoid damage to the sealing structure.
This product is not suitable for corrosive environments such as strong acids and alkalis. If you need to use it in a special environment, please communicate with the supplier in advance to confirm the suitability of the product.
If the copper oil causes damage to the head, do not repair it yourself. Contact a professional in a timely manner to replace the product with a new one.
