Description
LPG Multivalve
Precision Manufacturing · Corrosion-resistant · Automotive-grade safety standards
Supplier: Rongen Automotive Technology Co., Ltd
Product Overview:
Rongen LPG Multivalve is a key control component specially designed for LPG (lique
ied petroleum gas) gas storage tanks, integrating high-precision machining and corrosion-resistant material processes to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the gas system. It is suitable for LPG modified vehicles such as automobiles and three-wheeled motorcycles, and meets international gas equipment safety standards.
Core Benefits:
Precision CNG machining
It is processed by high-precision CNC machine tools, and the dimensional tolerance is strictly controlled at ±0.05mm to ensure the perfect sealing and matching with the gas tank.
Superior material performance:
Corrosion-resistant: The valve body is made of special alloys (such as aluminum alloy nickel plating) and engineering plastics to resist the chemical attack of sulfides in LPG.
Aging resistance: The seal is made of hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber (HNBR) or fluorine rubber (FKM), which can withstand high temperature (-40°C~140°C) and high pressure (≤3MPa) for a long time.
Versatile integrated design:
Integrated overflow protection valve, manual shut-off valve, and level sensor interface for fast filling and safe shut-off.
Solenoid valve (DC12V) is optional to adapt to the circuit system of different models.
Broad compatibility:
Suitable for LPG gas storage tank with a volume of 30L~100L, suitable for:
Passenger cars (taxis, private cars)
Commercial three-wheeled motorcycles
Small gas-powered equipment
