3、 Instructions for use
Installation: Before installing the copper oil command head, please ensure that the connection part is clean and free of debris. Use appropriate tools to install according to the specified torque to avoid affecting the sealing effect due to improper installation.
Operation: During the operation of the equipment, avoid overheating and overpressure operation to prevent damage to the copper oil actuator. Regularly inspect the sealing parts of the copper oil nozzle. If any abnormal situations such as leaks are found, they should be checked and dealt with in a timely manner.
Maintenance: Regularly clean and maintain the copper oil nozzle according to the usage environment and frequency. If not used for a long time, it should be stored in a dry and ventilated environment to prevent the brass material from being damp and oxidized.
4、 Precautions
It is strictly prohibited to use sharp tools to scrape the surface of the copper oil nozzle to avoid damaging the sealing structure.
This product is not suitable for corrosive environments such as strong acidity and alkalinity. If it needs to be used in special environments, please communicate with the supplier in advance to confirm the applicability of the product.
If the copper oil causes damage to the head, do not repair it yourself. Contact a professional in a timely manner to replace the product with a new one.
